2. Services

2.1 Interior Design Services

  • We provide interior design consultation, planning, and execution services
  • All designs and proposals are subject to client approval
  • Service scope and deliverables will be detailed in separate project agreements

2.2 Online Booking

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system powered by Cal.com
  • Consultation slots are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

2.3 Payment Services

  • Payment processing is handled through Polar.sh
  • All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Exchange rates for international transactions are determined by your payment provider
  • Additional foreign transaction fees may apply based on your payment method or bank

2.4 Currency and Pricing

  • Our service rates are listed in United States Dollars (USD)
  • International clients may see approximate conversions in their local currency
  • The final charged amount will be in USD
  • We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Consultations

  • Initial consultation fees must be paid at the time of booking
  • Consultation duration and rates will be clearly displayed during booking
  • 48-hour cancellation notice required for full refund

3.2 Project Payments

  • Project fees will be outlined in separate agreements in USD
  • Payment schedules will be determined on a project basis
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • International wire transfers must cover all bank fees
  • Minimum project value and consultation fees will be clearly stated in USD

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Consultation cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable
  • Project deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in project agreement
  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method
  • Any currency conversion losses due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be covered

5. Project Execution

5.1 Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and subject to change
  • Delays due to external factors are not our responsibility
  • Regular updates will be provided on project progress

5.2 Changes and Modifications

  • Change requests must be submitted in writing
  • Additional costs may apply to scope changes
  • Timeline impacts will be communicated

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

  • We maintain professional liability insurance
  • Not liable for third-party contractor work
  • Force majeure conditions apply

6.2 Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate information provision
  • Timely decision-making and responses
  • Access to project sites as required

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with written notice
  • Outstanding payments remain due
  • Completed work remains our intellectual property

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through mediation first
  • Singapore law governs these Terms
  • Exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
